 How can I contact you ?

Please feel free to contact us using the Contact tab above you can email us at info@kidscornerstore.com.au and we will come back to you as promptly as we can.

Something I really want is not in stock - what can you do for me ?

If something is out of stock please contact us and we will do all we can to get it for you as soon as possible. We will keep you updated with where we are at too - we wont forget you!

What methods of payment are accepted ?

KCS accept Paypal and direct deposit. If you would like to pay by direct deposit please contact us for our bank details and we will process your order offline (orders will not be released until payment has cleared).

If you do not have a paypal account you can pay with a credit card via Paypal. KCS at no time hold your paypal or credit card details.

How soon will my order be posted ?

We have most of our products in stock and these items will be sent within 48 hours of receiving payment. We will advise you via email once your order has been sent. Please note our suppliers may use different postage methods to KCS.

The following items will be sent directly to you from the supplier within the following timeframes:

Bambeado-within 2-3 days of payment being received.

Halle Jay- within 10 business days of payment being received.

Honey & Fizz Personalised Wall prints- within approx 3-4 business days of payment being received.

Hip Kids (flat rate postage does not apply)- within 1-2 days of payment being received.

Treehouse Furniture (flat rate postage does not apply)

We will confirm with you at the time of the order the exact timeframe.

 

How do you post your orders ?

We send by Express Post or Couriers Please so we are able to track our orders.  Our suppliers that send orders directly to you may use other postage methods.

Can we pick up our order ?

We are in Sydney if you would like to pick up your order we MAY be able to accomodate. Please contact us and we will see what we can do (only items that we hold in stock you are not able to pick up from our suppliers)

Do you post internationally from Australia ?

Yes - most items can be sent internationally. Please contact us for a postage price prior to ordering.
